Spin class outside of Healthridge tonight! Open to the public!

This showed up in my email so I thought I would pass it along.  It is taking class at HealthRidge Fitness off Ridgeview and K10.  Looks like a nice time if you like to spin.  Open to the public.  Plus, it is a beautiful day to be outside!

Cycle on the Terrace!  

There are spots still available for the best happy hour in town.  Join Shelly tonight at 5:30 for an hour long cycle class on our outdoor terrace. 

A donation of $35.00 to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is appreciated, beer and wine will be provided after the ride.
