Mardi Gras festival: $25 for 2 for night out in KC Power and Light!

Here is a nice adult night out idea:  take part in the 6th annual Mardi Gras festival in KC Power and Light.  $25 pays for 2 adults to get into 15 participating bars and an all-inclusive bar from 8-11.  Bars open until 3 am.  

Hmm...trying to remember the last time I was up until 3 am!  Can't!
