Groupon for Sam's Club!

I have been asked many times about Sam's Club and Costco.  We do not belong to either of them, but I have entertained the idea many times.  Well, here is a groupon for Sam's Club.

It looks like a good deal, but I am no expert on Sam's Club.  Maybe one of you can shed some light on this.
